Our Process

1. Visiting FixStroy

You are welcome to visit anytime during business hours. However, if you call in advance for a consultation before your visit, you will be able to receive faster service.

2. Device diagnosis and cost

After diagnosing the condition of the device, we will inform you of the cost. If you decide to proceed with the repair, please make a prepayment first.

3. Repair Progress

Repairs for phones and tablets are usually completed within 20 minutes to 3 hours, while computers may take 1 to 3 days. We will contact you once the repairs are finished.

4. Operation check

Before handing over the device, we verify that it is functioning properly with the repair technician and then transfer it to the customer.

5. Customer handover

Once the device inspection with the customer is completed, we will hand over the device to the customer.
